The Smart Assistant: An assistant on your site that uses only your own information.

The Smart Assistant is an AI assistant on your website that answers visitors' questions based exclusively on your own information, and that passes a question it cannot answer on to your team. Earlybeurt builds the assistant on the content of your own site and documents, so it does not invent answers and does not use information from elsewhere. It is available day and night, answers in your visitor's language and turns a question into a contact when that fits. The public assistant is deliberately limited to general questions about products and services, so no competitively sensitive knowledge ends up in the open. Earlybeurt sets the assistant up, takes it live and keeps the knowledge base current afterwards, without your team having to maintain it. If it does not work as agreed in the first month, we fix it or you stop without paying that month's fee.

Where does The Smart Assistant get its answers?

Only from your own information. The Smart Assistant uses the content of your website and the documents you supply, and nothing beyond that. That is the key difference from a general chatbot, which can phrase a convincing answer that is factually wrong. Earlybeurt sets the assistant up so that when a question falls outside its knowledge, it does not guess but honestly says it does not know and refers the visitor on. That is the Own-Source Guarantee: no made-up answers. If something changes in your products or terms, we update the knowledge base, so the assistant does not keep answering with outdated information. Companies that had a bad experience with a chatbot before choose an assistant limited to its own source for exactly this reason.

Could the assistant give away competitively sensitive knowledge?

That is a fair concern, and it is why Earlybeurt keeps two things apart. The Smart Assistant on your public website is deliberately limited: it answers general questions about products and services and guides visitors to contact or an appointment. There is no deep knowledge base behind it for competitors to extract. An extensive service bot, with solutions, manuals and technical detail, belongs behind a login, in an environment for your existing customers, not on the open site. For most companies a limited assistant on the website is the logical first step, and a service version behind a login can follow later. We also build in protection against attempts to make the assistant reveal information that does not belong in it, and we keep the tone warm and in line with your brand.

What does the assistant do with a question it cannot answer?

It passes it on instead of guessing. The Smart Assistant recognises when a question falls outside its knowledge or when a visitor would rather talk to a person, and then refers them to your team or to a contact form. Earlybeurt sets up that handover in the way that suits your organisation, for example a contact request that includes the question, so your team does not have to ask again what was already said. That way a question that comes in outside office hours is not a missed opportunity but a contact you can pick up the next morning. It is also why the assistant is not a replacement for your team. It handles the recurring questions and makes sure the conversations that deserve attention reach the right person.

How quickly does The Smart Assistant go live, and what does it cost?

The Smart Assistant goes live within a few days of the content being supplied. Earlybeurt sets the assistant up on your website and documents, tests it on the questions your customers actually ask and then puts it on your site. The price has two parts: a one-off setup and a monthly fee for maintenance and keeping the knowledge base current. We do not list amounts on this page, because the volume of content and the number of languages differ per website. You get the price up front, before you commit to anything. The risk is capped by the Own-Source Guarantee: if the assistant does not work as agreed in the first month, we fix it, or you stop without paying the monthly fee. Your team has nothing to maintain after launch.
