How our pricing works

With Earlybeurt you know up front what you pay, you pay nothing before you have seen what you get, and you do not pay for what is not right. Here is how that works, per service.

How does pricing work at Earlybeurt?

Earlybeurt works with a fixed project price that we agree up front. For The Buyer Map it is scaled to the number of accounts: thirty, sixty or one hundred and twenty per market. So you know what an assignment costs before you start, however much searching a market takes. There is no retainer, no minimum term and no notice period, because a buyer map is a stand-alone project. Ongoing services have a monthly fee. The Radar is scaled to the number of accounts we monitor, and The Smart Assistant has a one-off setup plus a monthly fee for maintenance. If you want to cover several markets, you do not have to decide everything at once. The same applies within a market: you can start in phases, and each phase gets its own fixed price.

Why are there no amounts on this page?

Because a fair amount depends on the market, and a market is only known once we have defined it. Finding thirty decision-makers in a Dutch niche takes different work from mapping one hundred and twenty accounts among German small and mid-sized companies, where decision-makers are less often findable online. A fixed rate on a website would be too high for one market and too low for another. Earlybeurt therefore chooses something else: you get a fixed project price in the first conversation, before you commit to anything, and that price does not change if the search turns out harder. So you never pay more afterwards than agreed. If you want an indication up front to discuss internally, just ask. You will get one, with the assumptions behind it.

When do you pay, and what do you risk?

For The Buyer Map you pay nothing up front. Earlybeurt delivers the accounts, you review them yourself in The Hub, and payment follows only fourteen days after delivery. An account that does not meet the agreed specification is replaced at no cost. If you share a list of company or domain names you already know, we deduplicate against it completely and invoice only the net-new accounts. If a contact detail later turns out to be wrong, we replace it within thirty days. With The Radar you do not pay for silence: a month without a relevant signal is paused free of charge. And with The Smart Assistant we fix it, or you stop without the monthly fee, if it does not work as agreed in the first month.

The guarantees

The Good-Fit Guarantee

Earlybeurt delivers prospects that fall exactly within the agreed criteria. If a prospect falls outside them, or a contact detail is wrong, we replace it at no cost. You pay nothing up front and pay fourteen days after delivery, after your own review.

The Net-New Guarantee

Share a list of company or domain names you already know and we deduplicate against it completely and invoice only what remains. You never pay for a name you already had, and you share no contacts or revenue.

The Data Guarantee

If a contact detail is wrong, or an account falls outside the agreed specification, we replace it within thirty days.

The Silence-or-Signal Promise

If there is not a single relevant signal in your market for a month, we pause that month of The Radar free of charge. You pay for intelligence, not for silence.

The Own-Source Guarantee

The Smart Assistant answers only from your own information, with no made-up answers. If it does not work as agreed in the first month, we fix it or you stop without paying that month's fee.

Frequently asked questions

Do you pay per lead or per project?

Both are possible. For a first assignment a price per account is often the most comfortable, because you only pay for what fits. For a larger or complete market a fixed project price is usually better, because you then pay for the result rather than for the searching.

Is there a setup fee?

Not for The Buyer Map: you pay nothing up front. The Smart Assistant has a one-off setup and then a monthly fee.

What if a prospect does not meet the criteria?

Then we replace it at no cost. The same applies if a contact detail is wrong. An assignment is always a standalone project: nothing is owed, and nothing carries over to a later one.

Can I start small?

Yes. The smallest scope of The Buyer Map is thirty accounts. You can scale up afterwards within the same market, each phase with its own fixed price.
